Approaches utilized in my practice:
I take a person-centered approach, which centers on creating a trusting, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen and heard. I integrate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help individuals set clear goals and work toward practical solutions in a time-efficient manner. Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) supports clients in overcoming self-criticism and building self-compassion, helping to increase emotional resilience and self-acceptance. Systemic Family Therapy also informs my work with individuals, as I recognize how family dynamics, cultural context, and relationships shape personal challenges. By combining these modalities, I support clients in gaining insight, making meaningful changes, and fostering emotional well-being.
